Cancellation

• Up to 7 days after payment: full refund.
• After that, up to 30 days before arrival: 50 % of the amount becomes credit for another date and 50 % is the cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: the cancellation fee is 100 %.
• Long stays: terms of the lodging agreement.

House rules

• Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am.
• Maximum occupancy per chalet as booked.
• Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am; no parties.
• No smoking inside the chalets.
• The pool has no lifeguard; children always supervised.
• Damage to the chalet or equipment is charged at replacement cost.

Privacy

Oca Porang collects only the data needed for the booking (name, e-mail, phone, country) and for the lodging register required by the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism (National Guest Registration Form), on the legal basis of compliance with a legal obligation (LGPD, art. 7, II).

Payment data is processed by Mercado Pago; the guesthouse does not store card numbers.

Document images, when uploaded, are kept in a restricted area and deleted after the legal period. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data through the contact e-mail.

The site does not use tracking cookies. Audience measurement is aggregated and anonymous.
