From August to December the wind blows side-on, strong and steady. The Macapá lagoon is a short walk away, shallow and flat.

We take you to the sand, set up a tent and chairs, bring cold drinks and connect you with the kite school.

The beach and the wind
Praia do Macapá lies between Luís Correia and Barra Grande. At low tide the lagoon turns into a shallow mirror; at high tide the sea comes in with small waves. East wind, August to December.
